Terms of Service

Orders

Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which we confirm by email or WhatsApp once accepted. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery windows given at checkout are estimates. Same-day delivery is available in covered Manchester postcodes only, subject to the daily cutoff time shown on the Delivery Information page.

Product Descriptions

We do our best to describe every cut accurately, including weight, which may vary slightly from the figure shown due to the nature of fresh meat.

Halal Assurance

Every product sold is sourced from certified halal suppliers, as described on our Halal Certification page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including for defective products under the Consumer Rights Act.
